People with f a i will develop pain gradually overtime. It usually begins to show itself particularly in people who play sport, from the age of 16 17 onwards. They'll often have pain with activity and with movement. And they may also have pain in things like sitting for long periods of time. So we're not looking at surgeris like a magic bullet. It's not going to fix it. We can often in symptomatic people, it's from the c sres look like have n improvement in their quality in life. But generally, if they do go down that surgical route you need to talk to them more about who you might refer or when you might refer for surgery.
