Are We Trying to Solve the Competitive Armor Race?

It's hard to address this problem unilaterally, because it feels very often like a kind of unilateral disarmament. I think we have to address it structurally and as a bigger, as a bigger project. We oft also, i think, have to question the whole structure and ask whether we want to live in a society where higher education essentially is converted into a vast sorting machine.
