Khrushchev - Is He Really a Working Class Leader?

There's a lot of really good characterization of Khrushchev here as someone who is deeply insecure but kind of just gets by by sheer willpower and like kind of bluster. It seems to be pretty accurate to the sort of person he was that you know he's kind of renowned to be a sort of a faintly ridiculous figure but one who is very strong willed. He does have this constant apprehension as well that like the the glitz of the appearances like he sort of remarks on seeing the rows of single occupant cars off into the horizon on the highways.
