I think the notion of rethinking or re-imagining something as it is, you can do that at any stage, at any time. In the spirit of making the system stronger and more sustainable from a New Zealand point of view was the big opportunity. It's super important to have strategic intent to be really clear in what the North Star is. Ultimately, I guess, were good outcomes to arrive at because ultimately when you look at the three shifts, pathways, wellbeing, financial sustainability, those particular shifts are enduring. They're not really going to go away. And I think the organization, it was quite a painful birth one.
