The Italian Ice Cream Sandwich

I think of ice cream sandwiches as bad quality ice cream between bad quality cookies. Have you ever had anything like that? No. So I just sent you a picture, John, of this different type of ice cream sandwich. And it's literally like a sandwich with ice cream inside that I had in Salerno. It was like this bread-like pastry. They are amazing.
