Are There Differences in the Health Care Workforce?

Eliza, Monica and alex: Are there differences in how we're seeing this play out across the health care work force? I think to some degree, in the nursing world we're dealing with systemic issues that have been in place for a long time. But now we're reaching a point where nurses are more willing to leave to get those things. And i would say, when we think about the physician side of things, i think we are seeing a little bit of this great realignment but it's playing out to a lesser degree than what we're seeing in other roles.
