Is There a Confirmation Bias in Vaccines?

In the case of a doctor, they have this confirmation bias. They're looking for something that back up what they think the situation is. The patient comes in and they will be more likely to agree with a diagnosis that supports whatever they are hoping for. I feel like we saw so much of this in the heat of the pandemic where there was so much information going one way or another. And yet it's almost like no matter how much evidence you throw at somebody who already has that opinion, they're only going to listen to what you have to say if it supports their point of view.
