Learning Rate - How to Find the Right Learning Rate

One of the things that you spend a lot of time on in the current chours is looking at the learning rate. So this something which in the jupiter notebook can be plotted, i guess it must, with mapplot lip. And so the student would then see a curve representing, representing what and relating to the learning rates. Can yo explain how they should reason about the data that they're seeing there?
