Is Co-Op a Better, More Than Consensus?

The word consensus or coalition makes more sense because often FJ types will use. Shunning or shaming to push somebody out of the group. If you don't join in the consensus, you're on the outs and that's how we lead as FJs. I need you to help me make a distinction about something in my own mind if you would be willing.
