NodeStream: A TypeScript Relay for Node and JavaScript

NOSStream is a TypeScript, a relay written in TypeScript. It can be used with Node and whatever. The kids these days is probably the best project, the best relay to use. We should make like an only fan sting on NOSSTRA.
