The Dollar Rises in Emerging Markets

Dollar has risen since about March. When things are really good in the US, then you have a strong dollar because of global capital flows into the US. And when the world is really in the tough place, like it was last March, thenyou have a flight to safety to the dollar as well. So that does matter why right now, if I look across the world, I look at our markets, it seems like we have a huge boom in the US.
