What's Happening to the Sand on the Dunes?
On a windy day it might move a few centimeters so you'll certainly see the avalanches and they come in the screech kind of lumps. So if we were somewhere where there's not all this vegetation somewhere like the bibby, could we see it with our eyes? Yes and no. It also depends on the height of the dune. Our dunes are about five meters higher. And they move around 20 meters a year. That's why when we turned around to look at the sea, got an eye full and a mouth full of sand. Exactly.
