How to Enjoy a Day Off

I don't know if this is too personal. But do you feel guilty if you're on that schedule and your significant others giving you a little bit of a stink eye? Like not an obvious stink eye, but it's just like you feel it. I think I probably put it on myself more than anyone else does. It can be hard to enjoy a day off, but I'm trying to just remember that there are a few and far between.
