STA's Jim Gensler on Cryptocurrency

The House Mental Service Committee has a new chairman, Patrick McHenry. The SEC dropped for rather significant rule proposals in early December. There was strong bipartisan opinions that the chairman's agenda is very overly ambitious. It does seem like Gensler certainly struck a core with a lot of people recently.
