The Trama Response to Anxiety

The five second rule is the most effective tool given to people struggling with severe depression, suicidal ation and anxiety. The first thing you need to do is start to notice when your thoughts are drifting a place that makes you feel on the edge of despair. And i'm so glad you brought up trama, because sometimes we are actually having a trama response, and no anxiety tools are going to work with that. We have to go and deal with the trama, which is such an important part of our healing - it's called 'the high five to the heart'
