What Causes Obdial Peronial Neuropathy?

This is one of those diseases that has both upper and lower so you'll see a patient with like faciculations. Oftentimes these patients end of dying once it involves their luns and they can no longer protect the air, waster the at risk of aspiration. Another rare cause of obdial peronial neuropathy would be a basculitis. But a vasculites to go for five years undetected, boy, that would be brand new news to me.
