If your x is a mal and appears that they moved on really quickly, it doesn't necessarily mean that you didn't mean anything to them. Just have that thought in the back of your head, like, oh, there's probably a lot more going on behind the scenes than i realize. My dad always taught me that whenever i'm feeling judgemental of something, is an indication to me that i need to be more curious. It takes men a little bit longer to get to the conclusion that they need to go to therapy. Are they getting comfort from their friends? Maybe.
