What's Going on in the Luxury Market?
The market's a lot different than it was a year ago, but still not all the way back to normal. We were continuing to see more engagement with luxury properties even as the number of luxury properties continue to grow. Hilton Head is actually the second largest island on the East Coast, barrier island, second to Long Island. It offers boating, kayaking, paddle boarding has become a huge thing in the area.
