In Lyon they've just built a nine story apartment block using local timber timber from the region but processing it and because they do it in such a way where they they then cut it down into sort of small dimensions and then bond it together. That starts to get really interesting because then when you can create the demand for locally sourced materials then the supply will be created new incentivize it, support it and so on and so on. I think as well it's like we need a we have to build an infrastructure for this he says.
