In power, it has to govern for the whole country. And that does not mean ruling out policies like nationalization simply because you have been unpopular in the past. Its obviosly a difficult line to tread. But it's very much an present feature of labor's historyn having worked under two labor leaders and also written about the labor party since its inception.
