Is There a Climate Rhetoric?

There are over three thousand, 700 articles that are directly related to climate change on wicupedia. And some of that content was like translated several years ago, right? Or five or ten years ago. There's just a lot of complexity involved in up dating that much content all the time. We need more people who are science literate, who speak the local language, who understand how eticpedia works. The reason that matters is it stops people from making decisions about climate change.
