Are You Restricting a Gun That's Not Common Use for a Lawful Purpose?
i'm fully on board with banning or sharply limiting weapons that are of not common use for lawful purposes. So very large capacity magazines lhike, were used in the aurora shooting and things like that should be heavily regulated. But if a gun isn't a common use for a lawful purpose, then the problem t you have is, if you restrict it for the law abiding, you're not doing really anything to restricting it for the criminal class.
