The Problem With the State-Based Model of Security
The question of how do we stop the strong overcoming the weak is a question that was asked thousands of years ago. It's just an archetypal problem of being human, and what I'm not doing is finding perfect solutions. In terms of security, nobody really knows the best way to provide security. So what you need is pluralism. You need lots of different people competing to provide cooperating so they can learn and grow when everything evolves together.
