Is This an Inflammatory Process?
There is a somewhat elevated protein to CSF. And there is a presence of some white cells, but at least initially, it looks to be sterile. The question is then, is this an inflammatory process that needs antibiotics? It does not sound like it. In which case, it is going to respond to neuromodulation, which is either steroids, plex or IVIG.
