Is There a Shifting in China?

There's definitely been a policy shift towards much more skepticism of the companies in China strong action against some sectors. It doesn't seem to me at least that that period is going to continue though we could also be in a totally different state space where this Leviathan plus big data and social credit actually gets you some very viable, very capable superorganism or nothing's changed vis-a-vis the USSR and it all collapses in on itself.
