So part of the inspiration for developing the concept around thinking in waves is that oftentimes when i would be working with executive coach and clients, or ad sea colleagues around me, people would say they'd hit a plateau. You can't get away with doing the same thing over and over and over into infinity," she says. "You need to force yourself to kick back into learning mode"
