What Are Your Purpose and Values?
When considering a job, ask yourself what your purpose is. If you just answer that really quickly, you get a sense of what your purpose statement is. And then the values part of it is, my values were all about money, title, status. But when i got laid off, and nine 11 happened, and then mi dead passed away, so i well, that was wrong. So then my values became, well, what does it really mean? Bat, what wat matters most tose people? Authenticity and freedom, for myself. I also think that sometimes companies get cast as evil even though there are a lot of good people in there.
