I think there are open questions um I think you know could it be argued that there is potentially a elevation in risk for example with a metric like HBA1C perhaps at slightly lower levels. There's also this maybe questioning that some people have of some of those cut-offs so I think it comes down to well what do we mean by a healthy glucose response and what is an unhealthy glucose response and how does that differ from at least the internet version of all glucose excursions are bad? But right now I find it very difficult to kind of make a prescriptive recommendations that well it's it's 140 for or 7.8 for your two-hour OGTT is too high for
