Good software businesses have net negative churn so that customers are buying more seats maybe there's a price increase is buying more modules. One of the best businesses I saw and recently invested in was between 120 and 140 percent net retention which is I off the charts. If you can think about it if you had a hundred thirty six percent net retention your business is doubling every two years in size without signing another new customer.
