Is Your Front Office Trusting You?
Debett: We really do talk about kind of that patient who has formed a sense of trust, whether it be from your website referrals. And if they can't trust your front office to convey for us what's really big is professionalism and warmth, then it doesn't matter how good the doctor is clinically. If we're losing it at that point, if that trust is already being compromised, for me, that is such a big deal.
