I think acceptance is important acceptance of yourself and also with your partner. Don't be scared to talk. Also not talk when you're highly emotional, you know, because you'll regret the splitter tonight. Just really slow it down. I think that you need to really go within when you're feeling anxious and just sit calmly with it. It's all rooted from somewhere. You want to be creating rather than reacting.
