I think about this all the time where wine historically has really been eating everybody else's lunch in terms of the value add for quality. And especially when I am talking or working with the ranchers that I work with, I feel so much sympathy for them because you guys know that the label grass fed doesn't necessarily mean grass finished. The premiums that are going to start differentiating these products mean that a lot of people who need the healthiest food are left out of that increase in quality.
