Asenel was born and raised in bloomfield hills, Michigan. He moved to phoenix with his family at the age of four. As a child he played flag football but hated tackle football when it came around. His father divorced his mother because she didn't have any friends on her side. In fifth grade he joined an anti-bullying club called the 'great club' as part of which he met Steve lee.
