Medicine and Surgery and Real Estate Inbesting

There's a lot of parallels between medicine and surgery and real estate inbesting. I want to believe that becoming a surgeon's got to be more difficult than the sat vester, absolutely. And so that's kind of what we've tried to do, is to take those principles that we've learned in surgery and apply them to real estate. You know, with real estates it's mostly money, and with surgery, it's people's lives. A way more important than money, no doubt about it.
