Is Google on the Cutting Edge?

We asked Google engineers to think about their strengths so they could build what they were really skilled at into their jobs. One of the engineers raised his hand and he said, I'm sorry, but here in England, we don't have strengths. We're not as overconfident and optimistic as you Americans. But there was a British caveat. "I made a list of all of my weaknesses and my least weak weakness, I will call the strength"
