The Science of Things in Indian Cooking, Right?
In many indian kitchens, if you get to know the science of things, then you can start using other gadgets. There's a certain element of mysticism, exoticism that gets taken away when you put these things down in a manual. So i think on those sorts of things, this is almost a feminist movement, right? What you're trying to do. And yet, if you notice something, many of these appliances are also very well designed by men who don't cook.
