There's no research to support that 180 equals like, optimal performance or decreased risk of injury. What i would recommend is, you know, one 70 to one 90 is a good number. One s a little bit low. And isn't cadence dependent upon your speed? Because if you watch someone race an 800 or a mile, their cadence is going to be through the roof. Is that a scenario where a slower cadence might be more appropriate? Absolutely.
