"If we can teach the good men and the good women how to handle themselves, and they can self police their neighborhoods, now we have a functional operation," he says. "Now you understand why they don't alow citizens to have guns in those communities." He adds: "The whole goal of these people is to make the black communities as impoverished and impressed as possible ... so that they can come in every four years and s a fuke".
