Onion Christmas

Vince Casugo made millions by cornering the onion market. He then flooded the market with onions, plummeting the price down. Then he went to Chicago with all the onions left over in his warehouse. Orphans were receiving free onions in the streets. The Chicago River was just taking load after load of onions that were being chucked into it.
