Yoga can help reduce inflammation in the body plus it's that mind-body connection. When I do yoga, it's definitely even through my teacher training at yoga. It taught me breath with movement and that does make a difference. Hot bath is awesome. Epsom salts will help with the muscles. Even if you can get a couple of those in a week, that's awesome.
