I think one of the tough things, and i'm glad we're having this conversation, is because these conversations have been filtered at all to day. I find myself in a position that's very typical of anyone who teaches, works corporates, where you can't offend people. But i really do make a point of not filtering myself in terms of my views. And sometimes these are harsh real putting covet aside. The system has to understand that in order for good, better medical decisions to happen, people have to understand what we're talking about. That has to be someone within any medical system. Within any political system that tries to give people good guide, let's say, not instructions
