The Importance of Understanding the Old Testament

I find so much, so many Western Christians are ignorant about their early history. And that's what I get angry about. We have people graduating from seminaries all over the world right now who don't even know that Jesus wasn't a carpenter. Many of them are Messianic but otherwise they are rabbis and rabbis are the most learned people in the world according to scriptures. But they don't always agree. No, that's the whole point of being a rabbi. They fight all the time because it's not fight. They argue and they argue and by arguing this is what's wrong with culture. That's what good honest discussion should be like, respectful disagreement.
