archaeologists saw many similarities with what had been found in shang ruins, similar ritual weapons and vessels. Scientists have determined the copper and tin used in these sanshing de bronzes was not local material. The way they had been included in these sacrificial pits, it was obvious they were quite prized. They appear to have had con with not only shang china and chu to the east, but also to the south of sichwan, with yundan, with manmar las, and perhaps even viet nam.
