Criminal Prosecutors in the District of Columbia
A judge in ohio noticed that people accused of serious sex crimes were getting unusually favourable pledials. He had some one look into it and found out that it was actually incredibly common for someone who was charged with rape to be pleaded down to a simple assault charge. A lot of americans don't know the name of their local prosecutor. Even those of us who do know that our local prosecutor is elected, we know very little about what those prosecutors do.
