One company is in drains, septic and greece. They are underpriced compared to anyone in the market. And they don't go the whole process on drains. It's basically a sasgise its me to be recurring revenue. But i think we have a nice amount of growth potential. I definitely keep in the loop on this on mi. Just bentl back of the envelope model says it's probably a good deal at four and a half to five. So, curious, curious how you end up underwriting the whole thing?
