Async at May's and Ellen's

May's is a fully distributed and remote company with an async culture as well. Is it true that you really don't have any meetings outside of maybe collaboration type meetings? What meetings occur at Ellen and where else does writing cover the rest? Yeah. I wouldn't say it's no meetings at all because I also don't think that's a very healthy way to be in a company or in a group of people working together. So once we have done some in person collaboration and we use tools like FigJam to do that, then we know what our priorities are.
