How to Mix a Piece of Music for a Game?
Mixed a piece of music for a game, or for any really, i have about 19 or 20 different stems. And those stems are orchestra, you know, strings, long and short, and brass,. woodwinds and percussion, orchestral percussion, contemporary percussion, synthesizers orpeggios, pads. So if i put in a digaudio work station, all of those stams, it's the final mix, sounds like the final mix. For television and film, you want to be able to have control over each individual element so that one doesn't interfere with another. But for games, you're scoring basically maybe a forty hour experience. You can very creatively use
