The Importance of Taking a Break
I'm a huge believer in sabbatical sabbath vacations goofing off as as instrumental and essential for later productivity. A good worth work ethic has to be counterbalanced by a great rest ethic you have to be able to rest well and and goof off. My son decided to find an arts degree he decided to give himself and he went to think about going to graduate schools but I said don't go into a career Don't don't get a job goof off. The value of goofing off in creative waste sometimes we call it where you are throwing things away that's why the young people spend 50 hours waste of time playing video games.
