Joint Decision Making in Sociocracy
Joint decision making is not really so in my view, what happens is that the person who is the source of took the initiative for that particular part of the operation or em is looking to get clear. And when it's re defined in that kind of way, what i have found is that it really is really helpful for the whole pro for the whole sociocratic group. When everybody can take their own position as sauce then, and we're not all trying to make decisions.
