I see a lot of people who get worse over time is that I know who I'm speaking to, and I know what I'm trying to help them do. And if you follow that, you end up basically adding flames to the fanning the fire of what might be harmful. So it's easy to identify your audience and figure out how you want to help them. But past that, the rest is going to be something you kind of have to keep your focus on.
